What to Send for an Initial Review
You do not need every item below before contacting Tianhou. More complete information makes the first comparison more useful.

Brand and part number
Provide the pump brand and the part number shown in your records or on the existing part, if available.

Clear product photos
Include the complete cylinder, both ends, the flange form, the bore opening and visible mounting details.

Main dimensions
Provide the bore diameter, overall length, flange dimensions and mounting dimensions where they can be measured reliably.

Drawing or physical sample
Send a drawing if one is available. A physical sample can support further review when the other information is not sufficient.
How the Initial Comparison Works

Check existing records
Tianhou checks existing products, tooling and production records first.

Compare the available references
Part information, photos and dimensions are compared with the applicable existing information.

Clarify differences or gaps
Any visible mismatch or missing information is identified before the review continues.

Request a stronger reference if needed
Additional dimensions, a drawing or a sample may be requested when the existing information is not enough.
What Photos Alone Cannot Confirm
Photos can show the general structure, flange form and visible mounting features. They do not reliably confirm bore diameter, overall length, mounting dimensions, internal surface condition or interchangeability with another part.

This note explains the information that can be used to begin model matching. It is not a dimensional approval and does not guarantee interchangeability. Final specifications depend on the applicable product model, drawing and confirmed customer requirements.
